Happy Birthday

Today is my handsome hubby’s 28th birthday!  Gracie and I got him a new pair of shoes, cooked him ribs with baked potatoes (his favorite) followed by a little red velvet cake… thanks to Albertsons! He is such a wonderful man, my best friend and the best daddy ever!! We are very happy to have him around!!

Gracie had her spoon out before Kyle even got home from work, she just kept telling me she wanted to eat cake! I told her she had to wait for her dad and eat some dinner first.. but her daddy let her just have a taste before dinner!

Dress Up

When these 3 get together they always make time for a little dress up.

Little Biker Girl

As you know from the previous birthday post Grace got a super cute trike from my dad and Connie.  So lately throughout the day randomly Gracie will say, “mom where my bike?” and I always tell her it is put away until it’s nice enough to ride it outside.  Well my sister has been trying to teach Alyvia how to ride without training wheels and called to see if we wanted to join her, and I just couldn’t say no because Grace has really needed her bike fix. She was delighted even if it was only for 20 minutes, she even told her dad about it when he got home from work.  I think her bike is going to be a huge hit this summer!!

Boise

My mom, Jaesa, Gracie and I have made several trips to Boise to watch my brother play basketball.  We always have so much fun shopping, eating, seeing friends and getting to see my baby brother.  These pics are from Kyle’s last home games, we were able to stay with my wonderful friend Nancy and her family.  Great weekend and to top it off I got to spend some much needed time with Julie and her sweet little girl Charlee.

My little baker

My mom got Gracie this super cute apron for her birthday, so we decided to whip up a batch of cookies.  Instead of helping me she just wanted to cook her turkey in a measuring cup in the microwave.

Gracie loves for me to put as many tails in her hair that I can possibly fit.  We only get to do this if we are NOT leaving the house!!
