Little Miss Independent!!

Gracie is turning into a little bit of a challenge when it comes to helping her do anything!! She was being so so quiet in the bathroom…. and this is why, her little potty just isn’t enough of a challenge anymore (she is getting to where she will just go in take care of her business and be on with her day.) but now she thinks since she has mastered her potty why not move up to the big potty??? Which I am totally okay with since when she pees and then dumps it into the big toilet I usually have a huge mess to clean up, I guess at least she tries!! So this is what I come in to find…. she has taken all of her clothes off because they were in the way of getting on the toilet ( she was in a dress)







SO after she is done, I tell her she needs to get her clothes back on….

Halloween…. A little late!

We had a wonderful Halloween!  We started the afternoon by doing a little trick-or-treating and ended the evening with soup, rolls & cake for Sophie’s birthday at my Grandma’s.  It was very low key and a great day!!

These are just some pictures that Kyle took this morning before we left for church.  My Grace is so dang cute and has the huge cheese smile down….now if we could just get her to look at the camera!

Babysitting Duty!

Monday night Kyle was on duty while I went to watch my cousin in a play.  When my sister came to pick me up Sophie wanted to stay with her Gracie & Kylo.  My sister texted Kyle to see how things were going and he said the first 10 minutes they were fist fighting and then best friends.  These photos are when they were friends.  These two are really cute together and for the most part they get along great!! It’s so nice for Gracie to get to be around her cousin’s everyday.

End of Summer Picnic

We all decided that we would get together and have one last picnic before the cold set in.  It was a wonderful Sunday afternoon and gave my Grandma & Grandpa a break from cooking!

Declo Days

 

 

This post is way over due!! Jer, Beth and Landon came for the weekend of Declo Days for Beth’s  year reunion, it was so nice to have them come visit.  We really miss them and wish we could see them more.  I think they are coming again for a visit soon…. and we can’t wait.
